It is actually the Customer Services Manager at the Disability Living Allowance Unit, Warbreck House, Warbreck Hill, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY2 0YE.

yes they must have lots of "cutomer service managers" its the room number and "Official Correspondence" bits that get it to them quicker the boss spends most the time in London

I would use the address I gave with Customer Services Manager at the start
