Hi Gordon With my IB I no longer need to send these notes in. However, I have a load of info dating back to 2004 which I intend to send in and let them 'filter' for themselves. I think the more I send them the better. However, I'm waiting on hospital appointments, which I'm currently on the list for Aug/Set this year, so I think this will hold my application up until all this is through, so I guess I'm gonna have to grin and bear a lot of paperwork over the next few months
Please remember that you must return your ESA50 within six weeks. A failure to do this without Good Reason can result in you being found Fit for Work and your claim being closed.
