Review Dates

Hi, just wanted to ask about ESA review dates.

I won my appeal in September 2010, I have had no further communication from anyone.

My ATOS assessment gave me 3 months before I should be 'fit for work'. This was a year ago.

Any ideas as what to expect next?

As long as you are receiving ESA entitlement at the correct rate following your appeal, I would be inclined to let sleeping dogs lie in these circumstances.

If and when the DWP/Atos want to call you for another WCA, let them take the initiative which is entirely their responsibility.

Thanks CD, apart from dreading the post arriving, I am happy to leave things as they are; especially as I am not any better than I was last year.

You must be quite lucky Rachel. Many successful appellants are summoned up for a medical straight away.

Perhaps they have forgotten about you?

I think we all wish they would develope severe abnesia. LOL.

I have noticed though that in recent times the whole process seems to be taking much longer.

Maybe the bearings on the "Merrygoround" are wearing out. !!! LOL
