Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Yes you can, but if possible try to send a copy of any evidence both to Atos and the DWP well in advance of the medical assessment.
If not, take the evidence with you on the day of the medical assessment and ask the ADA to read it, but still send a copy to the DWP in advance of the decision on your claim, which will be made shortly after the assessment.

You should also send a copy to the DWP as well, to ensure that their records have the same information, do not assume that ATOS will forward it on your behalf.
At the medical, make sure that the "doctor" reads it, as they are required to read all information related to a claim.

Jacqui,
The email you have given is for Tribunal Service (obviously) rather than ATOS which the original poster asks about.
But it looks a very interesting email address to have for those of us currently in the appeal stage. I'm puzzled by the 'sutton' bit of the address, though. My appeal is being administered by Birmingham office so maybe this won't work for me.
Andy.

So, alas, not much good unless you want to hazard a guess how your local office has been named in their email address. Do you feel lucky, punk?
A little further research shows Sutton is a local office, not one of the regional offices that do the overall admin of cases.E mail address>>>>> This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
