well, finally got a decision on DLA care and despite having a full time carer and my GP telling them that I have constant difficulties I was only awarded LRC.
So, duly appealed and been told that it will be 11 weeks before they even look at my case again to see if it can be reconsidered.
So, my Carer has now been unpaid since Dec 2010 and has been forced to apply now for Income Support until such time as they reconsider in my favour or put it forward to a full appeal.
It just shows you how many must be going to appeal if it is taking them a full 11 weeks before they even look at the cases.
