hi, my husband was supost to have another medical in april after being found unfit for work 5 years ago but they have not yet sent for him, does anyone know if this is because of a backlog due to the new harsher test or am i hoping against hopes that they have forgotten him. they don't usually leave it this late and i'm getting worried. thank you.

There are various factors that could affect the date when he is actually going to be transferred, there really is no way of knowing the exact date, other than asking the DWP, which might not be the best strategy.

Thank you very much gordon i didn't think they would forget, i will have a look for the new ESA guide, and have a read if i can find it, i'm not much good on this site i keep getting into all sorts of things.
