just been turned down for esa 12pts .the brick wall is still very much in place. what is the point of telling the truth when these people dont listen. have a dla appeal later this month but does not seem much point going.were does all my national insurance contributions go. one very angggggry man.
was this dwp or appeal ? if its dwp get expert advise and appeal with 12 points its worth it people get no points appeal and pass you could have a chance starting at 12 and till you take expert advise you will never know

1. You can appeal to the Upper Tribunal if you can show that there has been an error of law or procedure during the Tribunal.
2. You can apply for JSA, but are required to actively seek work.
3. You can make a fresh claim for ESA on the assumption that your GP will continue to provide you with Fit Notes

waiting for results off last weeks mri scan which m ight have helped appeal. so i suppose its start again
