About the envelope used to send the ESA50

The question is: Could I use a larger envelope? I am afraid they might reject or ignore my ESA50 if I do not send it in the envelope they have provided.

Could you paste the ESA envelope showing address to a larger envelope then pay the extra for the weight and recorded delivery?

On the first page, the ESA50 questionnaire says that I MUST post it back in the envelope they have sent me, but with all the additional sheets I have included, it looks rather bulky. I also intend to post it as recorded delivery.

Hi Ag,
I understand your problem, apparently the same problem arises if you fill in the online version, and print it off.
The print off is too big for the envelope provided through the post.
I intend to stick the envelope they provide, to the front of my larger envelope, or simply write the exact same address on, and post it Recorded Next Day Delivery.
I can't really see any problem in you doing the same.
cheers

I am sure that the use of the supplied envelope is to ensure that it is easily recognisable in the ATOS internal mail system and not lost, so if possible I would recommend it's use.On the first page, the ESA50 questionnaire says that I MUST post it back in the envelope they have sent me, but with all the additional sheets I have included, it looks rather bulky. If you are concerned that it might split because of the number of documents enclosed, then I would suggest re-enforcing the edges of the envelope with sellotape.
You should be able to send the envelope by Recorded Delivery, just paying the extra amount.

"you return the questionnaire in the envelope provided with the original paper form we sent you or to the address on the letter that came with the paper form"
I posted mine back in a different envelope as the computerised form wouldn't fit in the return envelope they sent me and it got there fine.
The address on the letter referred to above was slightly different to the one written on the return envelope so I used the one on the letter as instructed. The envelope said "MSC" and the letter said "Atos Healthcare Disabiltiy Benefits Centre". Also the address was more detailed as there was an additional address field on the letter that was not on the envelope.
