Hi Linda,

An ESA85 is the medical report generated by the ATOS HCP, at a face to face medical assessment.

So if you had a face to face assessment (medical), this is what you would request.

If you have not had a face to face, and been put straight into WRAG, you would request an ESA85a, you could also request an ESA65, Written Statement of Reasons.

Yes, I was told to request an ESA85A, as I was moved from Incapacity Benefit to the Wrag group without a medical.
