Hi Gordon. Is that true? Are you saying people have no idea when their next review is due (unless they write and find out) until the next ESA50 drops through their letter box and that maybe in only 3/6 months time, but more likely longer for people in the support group?

Lisa. I would find out if you think it will help, but try not to get too distressed by it all - not easy i know.

Take good care of yourself.

What a good job i have recently made contact with the Ombudsman Office regarding my appalling treatment by JCPlus/Atos Healthcare in the aftermath of their enquiry.

Do people generally want to know when their next review date is?

I wonder if people are not being told because the system is in such a mess and they can't guarantee the review will take place when they say it will?

What reasons have people been given if they have queried it?

I would appreciate other people's thoughts on this - Lisa clearly wanted to know.

Like myself, a lot of people have expressed a great deal of anxiety about being reviewed too frequently. (I went from being IB exempt for three years to being given a review date in only six months, but it didn't happen!)

Best wishes

I don't think that we can lead this into a general discussion by everyone of whether people want to know their review dates.

If this turns into a general discussion rather than staying on topic, I will lock it.

Thank you for your understanding.
