hi i posted on here recently regarding migration to esa and transfering my income support claim to my partner the cab have informed me i would be down £40.00 per week so if anyone else is thinking of this it would not be a good idea also found o.t. report stating that i cant mobilise for any distance i was told by the c.a.b to let them fill the form in for me would this be a good idea or should i do this myself and should i include a g.p.s letter in it if i can get one other people say dont bother sending a letter they dont get read any advice on these please thanksl
You could always let OT fill in a form and if you then feel they've done a bad job of it, download a fresh form and start again, so if you ask them, your options are still open as to whether you use it.
As for a GP's letter, DMs have a duty to take into account all information they have, so if they don't, this could be grounds for appeal.
