bro58 (you still here?), I sent a copy of the ESA50 to DWP about a week after I sent the orginal to ATOS and I put a letter in it saying that if they needed further info please contact my GP (perhaps I shouldn't have used "if"?). Also this isn't migration. I was orginally awarded ESA wrag in Oct last year, so this is a reassessment (I think that's what it's called?). Should I write to them again?

Hi MG,

If your sure that the DM has received copy of your letter then that should suffice.

No harm in sending another if you wish, if will give the DM "something to do".

Thanks for posting your timescale! It is Glasgow Office for me too and I sent my form two weeks ago and yesterday heard from my doctors surgery that they had received an ESA113 to fill in about me.

i posted my form a week before due date of 15 th aug and had a phone call about medical 5 days later. my medical is this fri in Glasgow. i enclosed letter from gp supporting claim . I have suffered from cfs over 17 yrs and been on incapacity benefit; Dreading this Fri. I doubt if anyone even read form
