I have recently had my ESA appeal and was successful 0-15 points.the whole process is a discrace!
my question is, if i return to employment maybe permitted work first then maybe 16hrs or more depending how it effects my health and my health worsens would i be able to return to ESA?

THe ESA Linking Rules allow a reclaim wuthin 12 and 104 weeks, however, you would need to re-qualify for the benefit before the rules come into force, this means a new ESA50 and in all liklihood a medical.
