I feel the main issue here is the fact that you say that you are moving to a different county in two weeks, mid way through the WCA process.

Therefore if you simply fill in the ESA50, and return it to the address on the envelope provided, this could be a totally different ATOS centre processing the ESA50's than the one that may deal with the same in the county that you are moving to.

This new area that you are moving to, will also probably be serviced by totally different ATOS Medical Assessment Centres.

Also as I have said, the likehood is that it will also be a totally different DWP Benefits Office, than the one that has initiated this ESA WCA.

Have you contacted the DWP Benefits Office that is currently dealing with your ESA WCA?.

Of course everything may work out fine, but taking into account the very poor communication between ATOS, DWP, and claimants at this time, this may well not be the case.

Of course the decision on how best to avoid any resulting problems lies with you.

I have contacted DWP regarding the moving issue. I am to inform the DWP of new address when I have moving date and to enter on the form from ATOS that I will have moved and give my new address.

All I can do is do what they ask. But I will clarify all of that before I send it off just to be sure.

I only wanted an extension because stress can esculate my condition and I wanted to try to prevent a relapse at such a time as I need my energy for moving.
