What you are up against i n terms of social contact is that merely advocatinmg your own case as you have on the phone, and if you attend an appeal tribunal, will be argued by the DWP as evidence that your social contact issues are not so great as required by the SG criteria
You need to take the paperwork to the CAB or other advice agency and get them to assist you further, and do it immediately. there are time limits for appeals
