I had a long visit from my CPN yesterday and we covered all about my ESA and DLA, my Carer and all the problems I have.
She was fantastic and spent an hour taking down so much information after which she said 'I am going to go and see your GP now and tell her exactly what is going on to see if we can start getting some of theses issues addressed'.
Her jaw dropped when I told her I was loosing my carer and I was wondering is it an idea to ask a CPN if she can do any sort of statement for ESA or DLA or would they need to write to her from their end?
I have not informed DLA yet that I have a CPN, should I do so or will this add an extra layer of bureaucracy to things?
A quick read of your previous posts, suggests that you are now waiting for a Tribunal date.
There is no reason why you cannot ask your CPN to write a report or letter in support of your case, although it will depend on their employers as to whether they are allowed to.
On a general note, once you are awaiting a Reconsideration or an Appeal, the onus is on the claimant to collect additional evidence.
