Do HCPs Normally Have Claimants' Completed ESA50s?

I thought the HCPs just based their assessment on the results of their own examination.

Does anyone have experience to suggest one way or the other?

I can't see how this could be standard practice as the ESA50s would presumably have to be digitised first?

Hi MS,

I you look at page 37 3.1.2. of the WCA Handbook from the link below, you will see that the HCP is supposed to read all medical evidence, including the ESA50, "carefully" before starting the assessment.
