Last minute evidence was created by ccactus
Help, I have my appeal tomorrow, and have just received vital evidence through the post this morning, which obviously is to late to post copies to the tribunal services, can anyone advise me how I can present this evidence to the panel 2morrow.
Regards.

Take the evidence to the tribunal, explain the circumstances for the late arrival of the evidence, and ask if they are prepared to accept it for the purposes of the appeal?

You can up your chances, by taking copies of the evidence for distribution, I believe you need to take five copies, but I would take six to be sure.Help, I have my appeal tomorrow, and have just received vital evidence through the post this morning, which obviously is to late to post copies to the tribunal services, can anyone advise me how I can present this evidence to the panel 2morrow.

Hi, just to say, the clerk at my appeal was a lovely man and he asked me if I had any new evidence to submit.
Try not to worry and best of luck for tomorrow,
Rachel

thanks to everyone for their advice, have got three copies, I was hoping that would be enough, going to do a couple more. At the moment quite calm about the trial, but I am sure by tomorrow morning I will be wishing I hadn't given up smoking!!!
Thanks again for the advice, and will post the outcome 2morrow.
