How to win a dla high rate mobility claim

Hi i have applied 3 times for my wife for high rate mobility she has Arthitis in both knees she has worse pain in right knee new knee needed but as she is in her 40s she has to suffer untill she is wheel chair bound or age 55 plus with long term pain killers

Due to her mental illness and borderline personality disorder she regulary overdoses on the pain killers at at times self harms her knees when they are in pain she also has a mild learning disibility she is dyslexic and cant read and write at all.

my wife gets low rate mobility and high rate care we have gone on the idea her physical problems is making her mental health worsen we need advice this is the case but i need the right wording this time she has had dla from the begginning 1992 and sda since age 18 she is now 43.

she has mood swings panic attacks and at times cant walk more than 2 metres she avoids going upstairs and going out which is making her mental health worse no
one seems to care as they are throwing tablets at her i am worried she will die due to long term maximun doses of pain relief this all started 8 years ago last 3 years it all has got worse still nhs cant do a lot only clean the knees and strenghen them with her own tissues.

we lost our children to care due to illness and she has done a lot of damage to herself and property for eg set fire to the family home only letter box damage this money would make so much difference to our lives swimminbg helping her mobility therapy etc etc.
