I lost my form

people lose paperwork all the time dont worry remember your telephoneing the experts of paper loss

there is a blackhole at the DWP where millons of lost forms have gone

No problem stu,

Try not to be tempted into sending the ESA50 back too early, at the cost of not filling it in correctly.

You should receive a written reminder from them when there is about 2 weeks left until the the deadline for return.

As long as you post it in good time to ensure they receive it by deadline, all should be O.K.
