review of dla

well sent off the review forms as my condition has got worse, filled them in with the help of this forum.
Someone told me yesterday that I may lose what ive got already, how can that be when im worse. At the mo I get hrm, lrc indefinate.
Getting worried now as I can't do without my car. It seems so unfair when I know people who get dla dis honesly.
I have only told them how it is when I filled in the forms.

Hi L321,

There is some risk involved in asking for a review of your DLA award, in that the whole of your award will be looked at again.

However, if you can give substantiative evidence that your conditions have worsened, then this will reduce the risk of this happening.

Also to reduce or stop your current DLA awards, the DM would have to prove that your qualifying limitations/disabilities and care needs had diminished.

There wasa tick box of what i wanted them to look at again and i ticked care, did not even fill out mobility part and can hardly walk, my ms has caused numbness in my legs.
