Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
Got my ESA decision today. was created by slugsta
The letter arrived this morning, just 2 weeks after I had my 'medical', I have been placed in the WRAG. Of course, I would have liked to have been put into the Support Group to save me from the time-limit but, realistically, I do not meet the criteria so this was the best I could hope for.
Many thanks to B+W, the guides and advice were invaluable when it came to filling out my forms and also when I went for my assessment

Mrs H
Congratulations, even though it's not the SG, it must be a weight of your mind.

Hi MHB,
If you feel that the WRAG is the correct award for you, then well done on attaining it.
Of course, I won't bother telling you to look at our guides if you feel that you shouldn't be in the SG.
Cheers

Thanks PCM. Yes, I am sure that I should not be in the support Group. Fortunately, my occupational pension scheme have agreed to pay out, so at least I will not be left with no income

Thats not to shoddy then,
I have tried to get my previous employer, local govt, to provide me with a back dated or agreed occupational pension, but to no avail. It seems by law they should have provided me with one, but are able to bypass the system, oh well thats life.
Glad you have things sorted tho.
