Please try not to start new threads when the subject is a continutaion of a previous one.
A Tribunal is a court of law and therefore it would be an Error of Law to allow bias into the proceedings, that is why you have been told that the GP in question, or indeed any one who has served on a panel with them, cannot be used to form a new panel for your case.
