Dear B&W
I made a recent posting: now with ESA85a the 'nurse' has put ''I advise that a return to work could be considered
in so many months
Unless miracle ensues I will have chronic and significant and long term
health conditions still in so many months time
My Q is Any suggestion as to how what(I) when time comes submit and what paperwork would I need to see specialist/doctor again for
further letter report ?so that I may not have to have the
dreaded medical by Atos?
How 'current' does the medical report/evidence need to be?
Without miracle my condition will not improve and stress of 'benefits' has actually made it worse

We always advise members, providing they are able, to have as up to date evidence as possible, however, there is no magic recipe of evidence that will guarantee that a claimants is excused the ESA assessment.
