Sorry about this but I'm still very confused about requesting recording of face to face esa medicals.
below is the link to the 2page letter word format document "Recording Medicals"that is in the members guides section. With all the legal decisions/terminology etc, is this the template to use to request a recording....... I'm just so confused how to request a recording.

There is a template letter in the ESA Claim guides which you can copy/paste into a suitable text editor, or their is MS-WORD version of it as a separate document in the Members Only area, you can use either.
Simply add your name , address, National Insurance Number, etc., print and sign and then send to your local ATOS Healthcare office or attach to the ESA50 when you are returning it.
