I should also point out that Ive never said I did not want the face to face it just as part of my illness I don't leave the house - I even put on my form that am more than happy for a face to face just not outside the home as mentally this is impossible. I wont be cancelling it once I have the appointment - from the start I just don't understand how they can accept my claim then go back on it but hey ho I have to just accept they do strange things - in the meantime I need to prepare myself for the assessment or sending any further information to them to support my claim - something Im just not sure about?
With regards to the face to face as Im new on here can you point me in the direction of any help for face to face assessments - also Im seeing posts about new rules(?) new forms (?) as my form was originally sent back in March/April which rules or assessment notes will I need to go by?
Thanks for any advice you can give
Hi p,
Even though you sent the ESA50 back in March/April, as the actual decision will be made after 28/07/13 you should refer to the ESA Claims Guides under the heading of "New ESA50 form"
