thankyou for this site you are amazing.
I have been put into the ESA Support Group without the need for a medical.
and i got pip at the enhanced rate for care 17 points without a medica . but i only got 4 points for mobility but i believe i should have got 12 points for mobility .
if i made a MR would i be made to go to a medical ??
or should i just leave it as it is . i've got it for 4 years

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi DT,
Congratulations on your ESA award and thanks for your kind words about B+W
I'm sorry that you are not so pleased with your PIP decision. Obviously it is up to you whether or not you request an MR but I must remind you that the Decision Maker is entitled to look at the whole of your claim again and could reduce the award rather than increasing it! It is unlikely that you would be asked to undergo a face2face assessment at this stage.
The MR process is explained towards the end of our PIP guide.

this is my first claim for pip and esa and i could not have done it without you at b&w ;
i have been diagnosed with ASPERGERS ADHD, SOCIAL ANXIETY and i can't believe that i didn't have to go to face 2 face medical .
can i send a donation to you guys at b+w.
as i think the fee for membership is to low for the kind of information and help you give me .
YOU ROCK
