They are saying that because I have adipose tissue (which is basically fat) that this shows I am more active than I say I am?

Also because I have not been prescribed painkillers I am not any worse. I do take painkillers but only paracetamol from the pharmacy, never thought to get them on prescription. Also I can't take ibuprofen because of stomach ulcers.

You are not required to complete the PIP activities pain free, they may be saying that as you only take off the shelf pain killers that the level of pain you struggle with is acceptable.

They never asked if I took painkillers, they have assumed that I don't have them and I never thought to mention it. Plus they have assumed I can now walk further, even though I was in bed the whole visit, and never got out of bed once.

Does the pain limit what you can do in regard to the PIP activities, even after you have taken the Paracetamol?

Are any of the issues covered by "reliably" relevant?
