When people win their appeals is the money backdated to the MR date or the first decision date please?

It will be backdated to the date of the Decision that you appealed.

Well I have my appeal date for two weeks time. I have sent off all my notes and evidence to the HMCTS? I forget the correct initials right now. But it's all done and dusted. Took me months to do, had to take breaks for days on end but got there in the end.
The time the appeal is at 2pm and on a Friday, so I'm hoping the panel will be happy after a good lunch and that it's close to the weekend.

Wish me luck please.
