paper based decison was created by werbil
I sent off the pip form for my autistic son on the 28th July, so they relieved it the next day. I received a phone call from the DWP on the 5th July saying they were not asking my son for a face to face and would be doing a paper based one instead. She said she had spoken to one of my sons professionals involved with him. She asked me some questions and said she would be writing the report up the same day. Does this sounds like the normal procedure, i always thought you had to have a face to face.

It's unusual for a Paper Based Review to be done, only about 10% of assessments are done this way, but it's nothing to worry about particularly.
