Worried about pip assessment was created by Gill
Good evening

I have my pip assessment tomorrow (Monday at 2pm)

I have severe arthritis, fibromyalgia, cervical spondyllosis, depression & anxiety,.
Basically I 'walk ' with 2 crutches, I say walk as I can only manage around 5 meters before I'm in extreme pain and exhausted, I don't go out much now .
I'm worried about going to the assessment and them twisting that I can walk more than 20 meters as I assume that will be at least the distance from door to chair .

Thankyou

I'm sorry that we missed your post but Moderators are not usually on the forum over the weekend.

I hope that the assessment went OK.

You should be able to request a copy of the report by your contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim later in the week.

PIP Decisions are currently taking about 2-4 weeks.
