I need some help please i have been on esa for some time but then i whent on work raleted group from sept to april of this year had two face to face interviews but on april this year i got turn down from my esa so i was told to go back on jsa for few weeks then i whent back on esa but i am appeal from cab are helping me on my esa case but its taken ages from the courts about my case i dont no what to do i am seeing my GP in nov for an orther sick note i keep phone the courts thay say to me i am week 16 there is 22 weeks to go-this is real getting me down where should i go from hear yours john ps what cab are saying on there website i could stay on esa work raleted group for an orther year i have ben pickd on 2 from dwp this is not fare

There is a considerable demand for DWP tribunals which is causing long waits in some areas!

All I can suggest is to see if your MP can get things speeded up

Regarding the fact that you are being reassessed, I'm afraid all claimants should expect this regularly. The legislation allows for reassessment at any time once 3 months has passed from the decision date.
