Given the news and outcome that these decisions are to be 'revisited' - how are we to know if we are going to be one of the 1.6 million who made the claim originally and were turned down? Is there any timescale for this or do we just wait it out as usual?

I have been through hell and back already with my PIP claim and appeal to the point where I just could not face it - it made me ill - my MH and anxiety would just not let me deal with it and I had to ask for a paper hearing - which gained me absolutely nothing! After all that time and effort, stress and upset and now this!!

And to boot I am expected to go through all of this again in 4 years time even though my conditions/illnessess are degenerative and only going to get worse! It just adds insult to injury and just more stress - are they ever going to get their act together?!

If they are our rights, why do we have to fight for them?
