Sorry I just read this and I'm confused. I have my decision letter, I don't know what you mean by saying it's not the same as the decision.
I just assumed once I received this it's on to the next stage, ie MR.

Revision rates at MR are low but they do happen if it doesn't then the rates at appeal are currently over 70%.

I think you have misread what I posted
First of all, I was replying to Julie, what I am saying is she does not have to wait for a Decision Letter to request an MR, there will be a gap of 10-14 days between the DWP making a Decision and the claimant receiving the letter, once the letter is printed the call centre staff can tell the claimant over the phone what the Decision is.
