I had a MR and was turned down I actually need two points to get awarded the standard rate care . I have been declined points for managing a heath condition despite using a dosette box and doing physio. Anyway I have recently requested my medical notes as it is now free to have them sent out plus I've submitted an appeal which will take around 25 weeks .
Being as I've sent extra evidence plus I'll be sending the medical notes to them do you think there is a chance they will change it prior to appeal .
I also have my mp on the case and they are going to ask if it can be heard sooner than 25 weeks what chance do you think I have

It is not enough to use a dosette box, you must show that this is the only way that you can manage your tablets and why this is the case, be aware that managing medication will only score you one point.
You say you do physio, unless this is done in the home, you won't score.
Decisions are revised by the DWP before an appeal but it does not happen very often and I would not rely on it happening. Where it does it will most likely happen one you provide your submission to the appeal or in the week before the hearing.
So it will be very important that you show why you should score the extra points you need.

I am using the box because I have pins and needles in my fingers when I use them for fine motor skills. I also have to have my son to out my patches on for pain a d the tens machine pads.It is easier to have a dosette box as it enables me to remember them as there are so many to take.
I do physio at home and sent them all the evidence of the physio and an OT also did a report for me . The DWP haven't taken any notice of my evidence .
