As far as I can see from your posts this has been a continuous claim for ESA, so you don't have to re-meet the Contribution Conditions again.

This would only be the Personal Allowance, you should also receive the Support Group component, another £37.65 a week.

The ESA1 is required because when your claim sopped being paid they will have deleted it from the ESA system and they now need the information on the ESA1 to set it up again.
