Hi all
First thing I must say is thanks for all the guidance notes they ere a great help in filling out my ESA50.
The reason for the slightly sarcastic title, is that I filled in said form posted and tracked it my wife phoned on the day the form was due to check if it had arrived,after 3 different numbers she spoke to a nice guy who said no it was not on the comp, but dont worry it can take 3/4 days to get registered, she asked if it was not there within 48 hrs could they call her, they said yes.
This was on the 23/08. I got my assesment on friday 02/09, considering there was a bank holiday inbetween and the papers had to go from 1 office to another, and she had sent of nearly 40 pages of medical eveidence, that even tho she knew most be heart still took her over 4 hrs to read and x reference.
2 questions is this a record and was my case given fair and adequate consideration.
I was put into WRAG withoout medical.
Without boring you I have a degenative problem which is very well supported by medical eveidence and doctors notes, also my vision in my eyes is deteriating and have many up coming hospital appts about same, plus I am being tested for myasthenia gravis and am due another trip to the hospital next week (all noted and evidenced by hopsital records and notes).
Ps the DWP doctor has agreed (with medicals) twice in the last 10 yrs that I can not walk 50 yds unaided. A point that was claimed on my ESA50
