Does the letter show a calculation of how they reduced your ESA?
Based on the information you have supplied, I can see how your ESA would be reduced but not so much as to stop it.
I am assuming that your pension is £145/week.
I don't think we can help any more without further information from the DWP, so you need to get back in touch with them for a more detailed explanation of how they have come to their Decision.
