Xmas Bonus Queries !

Hi I received a letter sometime in the summer saying something like I was owed £50 because I had not been getting my Xmas Bonus. I didnt do anything and threw the letter out as I expected to get the payment however I haven't so far and I haven't had this years yet. Does anyone know should I have phoned them to get it or what? I am reluctant to phone them . thanks

You shouldn't normally have to phone them regarding your Xmas Bonus'

However, as it seems that there has been a problem with yours you are going to have to, or write to them.

I think the letters were sent out to every claimant, whether or not they had received their bonuses. So it might be that you didn't have anything owing

I usually get the £10 Christmas bonus but this year so far I've not, it is usually on my letter in April but this year again there was nothing mentioned. I get PIP and Contribution ESA. I've not had a separate letter either, but hubby has got his separate to his pension but no letter.

I have never received the £10 Christmas Bonus and have been in receipt of D.L.A. for 6+ years.
Now going through the PIP transfer.
