Hi All,
Would the doctor let me have a copy of the ESA 113 or tell me what they put in it, I have my home assessment on friday18th and I was going to ask them for copies of my consultants letters that were sent to the gp as well.

It's not normally a problem, make an appointment to see them or ask the Practice Manager for a copy.

Thank you Gordon, I am starting to get really nervous about my Capita home visit, why ? I don't really know as I have Cancer but I still feel that I have to prove the fact - awful times we live in !!

I have my home assessment with Capita tomorrow (Friday 18th March) and I am absolutely scared stiff, I will let you all know how I get on tomorrow.
