Did eventually recieve the Subject Access Request and glad to say it supports our submission that my daughter's condition pre-dates the application for PIP. Sent the evidence by hand delivery with nine days to spare. Hoping all the bases are covered now.

Still problems. After making a SAR request for information about previous counselling sessions and explaining over the telephone that it was for use as evidence in PIP tribunal, we recieved a covering letter saying the information should not be disclosed to a third party. What do we do ?
