Hi Gordon just a quick up date I attended the Citizens Advice bureau this morning and they have booked me an appointment to see someone in 2 weeks at my surgery as they don't deal with the appeals form there.
So that is just over a week before the deadline to get my appeal in so it should be fine. Please can you confirm that the SSCS1 is the correct form to fill in for the ESA appeal?
Thanks,
John.

Cheers,
John.

This is really a matter to discuss with your GP! It may be supportive of your limitations, but most Tribunals operate without this level of information and reach the right Decision.
