The major difference for an ESA home assessment is that the assessor will not be using a computer, otherwise the script and the questions will be substantially the same as you would have if you attended at Maximus's offices.
There's a section at the back of the ESA Claim guides that covers the process in more detail and has a list of questions that you are likely to be asked.
