All assessments look at how you are on the date of the interview and all Decision replace the previous one even if that was made by a Tribunal, so is it possible for you to receive a lower award? I am afraid so.
You can use the information from your Tribunal to support this claim but you still need to go into detail about your problems with walking, the PIP Claim guide explains more about the issues.
