PIP PA4 report

I have just got the PIP PA4 returned. I know that the decision was made on Thursday and is in the post.

I got 12 points for mobility, but only 8 for Daily Living.

I got nothing for help getting in and out of the shower. I got nothing for help with my meds and physiotherapy. There are untruths in there such as I gave up a career in photography because of my illness and I have a husband. Certainly the career needs changing as it is inconsistent with the fact I was a carer for ESA.

I don't know what to do. Can I MR only the Daily Living side?

She wrote this up 3 days after the appointment and had a tape recording of the assessment.

And finally, she has said I need to be reviewed in 1 year!

This stress is just too much.

You can't do anything until you receive the Decision Letter it is still possible that the DM will not agree with their recommendation.

You can MR just the Daily Living but the DWP will look at both components, you cannot prevent this.
