PIP FORM

Every year I get a new form to fill in then comes the face to face. Last year I took them to tribrunal and won but they are after me again. I am obviously not making my self clear on the form. Can any one give me any tips on how to fill in the form. I tend to write line after line trying to answer each question they ask. Should I just be brief in my answers or carry on with big explanations. Hope someone can help. thank you
