I already receive reduced earnings for white finger read on gov web site that you can apply for it again if you've had another injury. I applied again was told not entitled to it as already in receipt of it for white finger and is not payable as both the disease and the accident are attributable to the same regular occupation cannot find out any information if this is right

I'm afraid this isn't a benefit that we advise on, I've done several searches for information but I suspect that I have not found anything more than you have.
All I can suggest is that you get face to face advice from a trained advisor, do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.

Hi JB
I am in receipt of reduced earnings. As far as I know you can only have one claim for it. However I also claim Industrial injuries benefit. Now this benefit you can added to with additional injuries.
For example. For vibration white finger I got 6 % for injury to knee, I get 16 % making a total of 20% which equates to £34.96 per week added to your Reduced earnings of £69.92 per week Makes £104.88 a week.
So maybe it is the addition of Industrial injuries that you are thinking about ?
