Hi all I sent my friends pip . form back to Wolverhampton mailing centre using guaranteed 24 hour next day signed for delivery. it cost around £7 and it is still in the original brown envelope did I do the right thing? would it have been better with first class recorded delivery.
It's fine to send it either way. The important thing is you have tracking attached (which you do) and you get it to them on time. (Which I assume you have).
