What ID can be used when you attend the ESA assessment? I've never used my full name so the name on my birth certificate isn't the same as the name I claim benefits under.
A passport or new style full driving licence is usually best as they have your photograph on them. If you don’t have a passport or driving licence, then you need to take along 3 different types of identification. For example:
your birth certificate benefit letter from DWP less than 3 months old Council tax bill a recent bank statement that shows your name and address a gas or electricity bill rent statement
