Hi
I received a review PIP form last week which states l have to return it by 19/04/20. My first question is do l need to return by this date or l have got 3 months because of what's happening at the moment with COVID 19?

My other question is why l received a review form as l was told l would receive an renewal form 3 months before by expiry benefit date of PIP which is mid September because l was awarded PIP by a Tribunal.

The DWP told me this!
I am on the high risk category for COVID 19 and cannot leave the house for at the moment 12 weeks. It will be difficult to get "evidence" at the moment.

Hi Carol

You still have to send back the form by the 19th April.

PIP review forms have been coming out 6 months before the end of an award end date.

The DWP knows it will be difficult for people to collect current evidence. If it is a review they will have what you sent in before and they will be able to speak to anyone if they think they require further information.
